Several ebuilds depend on moved dev-util/subversion

Description

dev-util/subversion got moved to dev-vcs/subversion

I found these: 

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "dev-util/subversion".
(dependency required by "dev-python/python-ecore-20091202" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "sys-mobilephone/shr-settings-20090630" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "shr-settings" [argument])
