sys-mobilephone/freesmartphone-framework should have gst-plugins in USE

I think the gst-plugins-* should be plugins, for example having both ivorbis and vorbis plugins is useless as the code in the framework tries ivorbis before trying vorbis, and not everyone needs mp3 support or sid support but installing them separately is not practical.

In the same vision if we want any audio output we need gst-plugins-alsa.
