During the configure check, gnutls fails to detect libgcrypt in the cross root.

New ebuild with cross compile patch for gnutls 2.8.1 and examples keyword support

To use the new ebuild, rename gnutls-2.8.0-cross-configure.patch to gnutls-2.8.1-cross-configure.patch.

It incorporates the examples keyword, and the changes for *pre* that were done in the 2.8.1 mainstream ebuild.
