Add ebuild for openmoko-headers.

If there is openmoko-sources package, why not to add openmoko-headers?

Some patches from the openmoko repository would be very useful (see ticket:216).

I would like to not put too much effort into this. If one really needs that stuff, a 

make headers_install

Leaving this open nontheless, because maybe others want this too.

Closing this as won't fix, as the hope is that openmoko stuff hits upstream soon.
