As I see Gentoo Openmoko Project have little problem now, connected with informing users about our news, important changes, irc discussions.

Not all people ready read timeline and all changesets and tickets and can stay online in IRC 24/7. So, I think create a "blog", is a good idea, there we can describe in short form all follow ups and so on.

I, Maksim 'max_posedon' Melnikau, have time for this and can begin work on this, but I don't know if users really want it.

This ticket created for all discrussions connected with blog, for your comments and so on.

The info on the website is limmitted, this way the coders can keep on coding and other people can keep te world informed

Yes! And please give on the blog some important information eg: "some structural changes occurred if you emerged xxx and yyy before revision zzz please reemerge them" :)

A blog for official gentoo-openmoko stuff sounds nice :) Ad Sleipnirs soulution: I think people should be able to see change summary and if they don't know what its about, they should be able to click on it and get more thorough info, I think this would be hard for trac and exactly fits the blog paradigm. Integration with trac would be nice, though.
